What does Spotka cost?
Spotka is free. Talking to Fern, publishing a plan and joining other people's plans cost nothing, and there is no subscription.
Spotka itself takes no payments today. The only money that changes hands is for an activity itself, when a plan has one, and the host states it before you join.
What is free?
Everything Spotka itself does is free: your account, your conversations with Fern, your feed, publishing plans, joining plans, and inviting friends.
Your account
Sign up with Google, Apple or email. No card is asked for and none is needed.
Fern
Talk to her as often as you like, by voice or text. No limits, no premium tier.
Plans
Publish as many as you want. Join as many as you want. Invite friends who are not on Spotka yet.
The API
Your own AI assistant can use your account through the public API and MCP endpoint at no charge.
When would I pay anything?
You pay only when a plan carries a cost for the activity itself, such as a workshop fee, a ticket or a shared restaurant bill, and the host states it on the plan before you join.
Many plans have no cost at all: a walk, a coffee, a picnic. When a host attaches a price, it is for the thing you are doing together, not for using Spotka, and you settle it with the venue or the host directly. Spotka does not process payments today. If Spotka ever sells a ticket or a paid offer itself, section 10 of the Terms applies and this page will say so.
Can I get a refund?
For anything you paid a venue or a host directly, ask them; Spotka took no money. If Spotka ever sells a paid offer itself, the Terms give you a reply to a complaint within 14 days and, where the legal right of withdrawal applies, a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
A ticket to a plan on a fixed date, or a service already performed with your consent, is the usual exception under Polish and EU consumer law. Your rights as a consumer in Poland or the EU are never limited by our Terms. The details are in section 10 of the Terms, and you can always write to support.
Will Spotka stay free?
Using Spotka is free today and this page will say so plainly if that ever changes.
We would rather tell you here than surprise you in the app. If a paid tier ever exists, everything that is free now will be described here next to it, and nothing you have already published will be locked away.
